Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide by express mail, mainly ship by DHL, UPS, and Thai post. Your order will be carefully packaged and delivered wherever is most convenient for you. For more information, please read Shipping and Return Policy.
INTERNATIONAL ORDER:
We work primarily with DHL, UPS, and Thai Post express to ship worldwide orders. It takes time about 4-6 business days to reach your door. By the way, delivery can take longer than your expectation due to customs clearance procedures depending on your destination. Moreover, we provide a Find in Store shipping option so that you can shop MUJIL bags in our flagship stores near you. Find the store location nearest you.
DOMESTIC ORDER:
In Thailand, we ship via EMS Thailand post, Flash Express, or Kerry with signature confirmation which takes time approximately 1-3 days. We deliver from Monday to Friday, from 10 AM to 5 PM. Other shipping options are Click & Collect, Metro Same Day Delivery, and Find in Store. Read more information at Shipping and Return Policy.
All orders for in-stock bags ship within 1-2 business days. Exceptions: If an order is placed over the weekend, the earliest it will ship is Monday.
Delivery Timing:
- International shipping is 4-6 business days, excluded customs clearance.
- Domestic shipping within Thailand 1-3 days.
Due to the high value of our products, there will be a signature required on all orders. For more information, please read Shipping and Return Policy.
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to dispatch your order. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email confirming your order has shipped and your tracking number information. Moreover, you can track order status on the page Order Tracking.
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details including the shipment number and carrier. You can track orders directly on the carrier’s website, or here Order Tracking.
Once you receive your order, you must check that the order is in good condition and alert the shipper of any issues. Without confirmation of this initial verification, we cannot accept any potential claims.
Orders
For a seamless online ordering experience with MUJIL, please follow below:
- Once you have selected your products, add them to your cart by clicking on “Place in Cart”.
- Complete registration by creating your own account, using your email address, and establishing a password. You can use this for future digital orders, to review previous orders, and to save items to your wish list.
- Fill in the delivery information: recipient’s name and address and select your preferred delivery method.
- Complete the payment information.
- Review your order, confirming all details are correct.
- Submit- you will receive an email confirmation stating the order has been received for processing.

We accept online payments via credit card, bank transfer, and PayPal.
All transactions are secure. We have provided an SSL encryption system to protect personal and payment data on the MUJIL website, https://mujil.com We do not retain any credit card information.

We process our orders very quickly and unfortunately cannot typically make changes after an order has been placed. While you notice the mistake straight away, though, please send us an email at info@mujil.com to see if a modification can be made.
If your order has not yet shipped, we can cancel it, although it may take a few days for the cancellation to reflect in your payment account depending on your method of payment. While your order has shipped then you must make a return.
We will send you several emails during the order process to keep you informed about the different stages of your order. Another way, you can check your order status at the page Order Tracking.
Exchanges & Returns
We do accept online purchase returns within 14 days from the delivery date. For more information, please see our Shipping and Return Policy.
The customer is responsible for paying for shipping the package back to us.
As soon we receive your returned item(s), the products will be subject to quality control. We cannot issue any refunds for used items or items that have deteriorated. We will refund back in the method of the original payment within 10 days from the date that we received the bag. By the way, the timing may take longer, it depends on your payment provider platform. Products
Easy tips to care for MUJIL bags; keep them away from direct heat and sunlight, and keep them from excessive water and rain. Avoid any contact with perfumes, solvents, make-up, chemical, and alcohol. Clean your leather handbags with a light-colored damp soft cloth. Do not use any leather cleaner or chemist conditioner directly on skin leather because it will stain the leather surface. MUJIL’s handbag designs are made from genuine leather and premium Thai textile with bright and bold designs by Thai craftsmen.
We do not gift wrap purchases; however, our handbags placed on the website or through client service come with exclusive branded packaging.

For security reasons, a new password will be automatically provided to you by our system and sent by email to the address you have noted. Once you have entered your account, you will be able to change this password.
MUJIL has put very strict security measures in place on mujil.com in order to guarantee the privacy & security of your personal information. Thus, the MUJIL website is provided with an SSL encryption system to protect personal and payment data. MUJIL does not keep any credit card information.
