Shipping and Returns
MUJIL offers complimentary express shipping on all orders over €500. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to dispatch your order. Delivery times will vary by approximately 2-6 business days depending on the destination.
When your product has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. We typically offer international shipping. Our staff is available to assist you if you are unable to choose your delivery location during the checkout process. Please do not hesitate to contact us.
We will ONLY accept returns and exchanges for defective products in their unused original condition within 14 days of receipt of the order. A return form must be completed via email at info@mujil.com
Products are eligible for return only in their unused condition; returned handbags ＭUST include the logo box, dust bags, and original tags.
Products damaged in the return process will not be eligible for a refund.
Duties and Taxes
All orders will be dispatched with FTA-stamped documents providing that products are made in Thailand for the benefit of applied customers.
The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments, which may be subjected to import duties and taxes charged by DHL.
Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we DO NOT have control over them.
*In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order WILL NOT be re-shipped.

Care Guide
Our bags are carefully handcrafted with exceptionally selected fine leather and premium fabric. It may vary slightly in color and detail pattern due to the nature of the material. It requires proper care and attention to preserve your MUJIL product beautiful as the year pass. We recommend following these guidelines for its care:
- Beware not to contact with liquids greasy substances, creams, cosmetics, oils, alcohols, make-up, perfumes, colors, dyes, cleaning solvents, and hydroalcoholic solutions, as well as any material (magazines, other leathers, etc.) that may transfer their colored pigments onto the product.
- Avoid contact with rough surfaces and edges
- Keep your product away from damp or humid environments and avoid direct exposure to sunlight, keep your product away from any direct source of heat (radiators, car interiors overheated by the sun, etc.).
- For any superficial marks on the lining, we advise wiping with a dry, soft, light-colored cloth. Leather linings are not suitable for dry cleaning treatments.
- Keep your product away from water. Should it get wet or dirty on the surface, dry it with a lint-free, light-colored, absorbent cloth. Never use soap or solvent.
- In order to protect your product when you are not using it, store it in the protective pouch provided.
