Shipping and Returns Policy


We ship worldwide, estimate shipping time is approximately 3-6 days depending on your destination. Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that this shipping and returns policy only applied to MUJIL’s official international website at and the MUJIL House store. It is not included in MUJIL flagship stores.


We offer complimentary express shipping on all orders over €500. We process 1-2 business days to dispatch orders. By the way, any orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will be filled the next business day.

Estimated delivery times, excluding customs clearance:

  • Asia Pacific: 1-3 business days
  • Australia / Japan: 2-4 business days
  • US / EU: 3-5 business days
  • Other international: 4-6 business days

Estimated delivery time and commence from the shipping date, rather than the order date, timing begins when we provide you a shipping confirmation email. However, delivery can take longer than your expectation due to customs clearance procedures in certain countries, depending on your destination.

Once we shipped your product, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your order status at Order Tracking. We deliver through DHL, UPS, Thai Post, and other carriers. We typically offer international shipping. Our staff is available to assist you if you are unable to choose your delivery location during the checkout process. Please do not hesitate to contact us.

International orders (outside Thailand) may be subject to additional customs duties that your country requires. Thus you need to respond to any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery. For more details, please contact your local customs office/respective tax authority.

Please note that if we are unable to deliver your package based on the delivery information that you have provided to us, or if the returns shipment to us is undeliverable for any reason. The customer is responsible for paying the full cost of redeliveries, including any re-import taxes, tariffs, and other costs associated with the products returning to our warehouse.

Click and Collect

Order online & collect from your nearest MUJIL shop at a time that suits you. First, you need to check out online at this website, after that please contact the MUJIL store nearest you to collect your bag. Please note that this option is available only in MUJIL House and does not include the Flagship Stores.

Find in Store

Would you like to try the item on first? So you can find MUJIL flagship stores or MUJIL houses located near you, please contact the shop first to check if the bag is available. Click here to find the store nearest you.

Metro Same Day Delivery

Same-day delivery is now available, allowing you to receive your order faster than ever before (YAY)! Check out online and contact us to deliver at the Metro nearest you, currently, this delivery option is available only in Bangkok, Thailand.

International Delivery

Yes, we send internationally! Please allow 4-6 business days for your order to arrive. Please note that the delivery times are different depending on your shipping destination due to the customs clearance procedures in your country. You need to respond to any customs fees, duties, or taxes that your countries require.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

  • For purchases made with a credit card, a refund will be processed through the payment provider and the provider may take another 15-30 to process.
  • Your bank account will receive a refund for any money transfer purchases.
  • For purchases made with Cash on Delivery (COD), we require payment settlement from the COD provider prior to the refund process. And the refund will be transferred to your bank account.

We refund only the amount we received, less any cost or processing fee that may occur from the returns and refund. Delivery, shipment fee, and other expense are not refundable.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. Prior to a refund being posted, there is frequently some processing time.

Sale items

Refunds are only available on regular-priced items. There are no refunds allowed for everything purchased during a sale.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
